Privacy policy
Your data. Our care.

Version 2.0
Last updated on 6 October 2026
At Jongens van Techniek, we like to move fast, but never at the expense of your data. We roll up our sleeves for data, AI and cloud solutions, and know how valuable data is. We treat your privacy as carefully as our own code: securely, transparently and without unnecessary complexity. This page explains in plain language what we collect, why, and how it helps improve your experience and our projects.
1. What we know about you, and why
When you contact us about a tech task, cloud challenge or just a coffee, we may need a few details. Do not worry: we will not ask for your PIN.
- Using our services: When you sign up, we need your name and contact details to do the work. We store these securely.
- Communication: When you email us or fill in a form, we keep those messages. Sometimes we ask for more information to help you better. That way, we know what we discussed when we speak again.
2. Cookies: digital fuel
Yes, we use cookies too. They help our website run smoothly and show us what works and what does not, so we can focus our efforts.
We use trackers and pixels to understand how visitors use our site. They help us produce reports and evaluate campaigns. We retain this information for as short a time as possible.
Here is our digital toolkit:
- Google Analytics: Our eyes in the field. It shows how many people visit and which pages perform well. These statistics help us understand whether we are on track.
- Microsoft Clarity: It helps us understand how you navigate the site. Do visitors click in the wrong place? Do they read a particular paragraph? Clarity provides insights to improve usability.
- LeadInfo: We are curious about the businesses visiting our digital shop window. LeadInfo recognises business visitors so we can see which companies are interested and perhaps arrange a coffee.
- Dynamics 365: Our internal memory. We use it to keep customer information and organise our processes.
- LinkedIn & Meta (Facebook) pixels: We are proud of our work and like to share it. These pixels help measure our campaigns. When you see an advert, we want to know whether you subsequently take action, so we can spend our advertising budget effectively.
By using our website, you give us a “high-five” and agree to the processing of this information for smooth operation and our campaigns.
Prefer no cookies? Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can disable them in your settings. Without cookies, this and other websites may not run quite as smoothly.
3. Purposes: keep your eye on the ball
We do not collect data just to let it gather digital dust. We primarily use it to do the work you hire us for or answer your questions. As technologists and marketers, we also use data to:
- Improve our services: We analyse behaviour to make our website and tools a little smarter and faster every day.
- Marketing & Sales: We want the right people, including you, to know what we can do. We use data to measure campaigns and target advertising, aiming to show you things that are relevant to you.
- Relationship management: To understand who our customers are, or may become, and how we can strengthen our collaboration.
We use data to do our work well and provide you with the best solutions.
4. Sharing with third parties: when needed or useful
Your information is not a commodity. We never simply sell your data on. We do, however, work with partners and tools to keep our digital engines running:
- External tools: As described above, we use software from companies including Google, Microsoft, LeadInfo and LinkedIn. We share data with them to enable those statistics, campaigns and features.
- Functional uploads: Sometimes we need to upload data or share it with suppliers to deliver a project or run a service. Examples include cloud platforms hosting your solution and tools used for analysis.
- LinkedIn & Meta (Facebook) pixels: We are proud of our work and like to share it. These pixels help measure our campaigns. When you see an advert, we want to know whether you subsequently take action, so we can spend our advertising budget effectively.
We always do this with a clear purpose: making everything work properly. We choose our partners carefully so your data remains in good hands.
5. You are in control
Want to know what information we hold? Change something? Ask us to delete it? Get in touch.
- Newsletter: Every mailing has an unsubscribe button at the bottom. One click and you are unsubscribed.
- Deleting data: Send us a message and we will arrange it within the available technical capabilities.
6. Questions? Bring them on!
We regularly review this policy. If the law or our website changes, we update this document. Please check the version number at the top occasionally.
